Exhibit C: "The United States Government's top secret response team, the Division of Heavenly Operations and Material Examination (HOME), had extensive knowledge of the dangers posed by what they called the STARKILL infection. According the internal documents at HOME, the strain of STARKILL seen at Pratt County was known as the Sensory Strain, categorized by hostile aggressiveness and an ability to interact with electromagnetic fields. Endangerment to the lives of Pratt County citizens would only grow in the following days."
