This super outbreak has been declared a national weather emergency by the NOAA and U.S. officials. This is just the latest in a series of unusually violent storms that have struck Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas over the past few months. A Kansas based internet start-up, Seraphix Web Solutions, is reportedly planning on purchasing the flattened land around Midland County for the construction of new data centers. According for a spokesperson for the company, these data centers will be crucial in the U.S.' developing communication infrastructure."
