Fujio Yamaguchi, ex-guitarist of Murahachibu and the Dynamites, and a legend of Japanese blues and glam-rock, was a long-known friend of Mizutani, since 1970.By Summer 1980, he was approached by Mizutani to join his band as the second guitarist.
This collaboration had created one of the most outstanding periods in Rallizes history, blending Mizutani's messy noise with Fujio's organised, bluesy melodies.
Like this, Rallizes would last only until March 1981. After this, Yamaguchi would leave the band, in search of a more traditional rock music.
