Description:

After years of hard fighting, soldiers of the Shining Crusade establish a forward position in Ustalav on the shores of Lake Encarthan.[1][2] The location will later be chosen as the site for the Ustalavic settlement of Vauntil.

The dwarven Sky Citadel of Kraggodan sends troops to aid the Shining Crusade, significantly depleting its population.
