2002- Rae Shafer gets into temple and mom is diagnosed with cancer 2010- Shafer graduates from Kalmia, opens Pain Away June 2010- Shafer hires Fran Summer of 2010- JJ gives Rae 200,000 dollar loan for Pain Away. Is also in a lot of pain until he gets treatment at Pain Away. June 2011- Shafer hires another physician and a team of nurses and administartors Feb 14th 2012- Rae gets married on Valentine's day& business is booming for Pain Away. March of 2012- Rae opens new building for Pain Away (old textile factory) Summer of 2012- Rae appears on Dr. Oz Aug 10th 2012- Patricia Danica admitted to Pain Away for treatment (neck pain) Aug 11th 2012- Fran sticks a needle into Patricia's neck a messes up the electro-acupuncture October 29th, 2012- Hurricane Sandy hits and ruins Pain Away. End of October 2012-Patrica Danica bad mouths Pain Away and Rae Shafer. April 2013- Rae reopens Pain Away in new smaller building. January 12th 2014- Hadley McAdoo becomes a patient of Pain Away (January 14th according to the records) March 17th, 2015- Hadley McAdoo crashes rotary club party April 2014- Rae presses JJ for information about Hadley. Feb 15 2016- Bank forecloses on textile factory and his/her house. Wife/Husband files for divorce. FIX THIS DATE- JJ throws "rock bottom" party. Aug 23rd, 2016- Rae almost shoots up hydromorphone. December 16th 2016- McAdoo has appointment (Exhibit 3). Hydromorphone is administered by Rae Shafer (Exhibit 11). Oxycodone dosage increased from 20 to 30 Mg (Exhibit 10). McAdoo dies afterwards (Exhibit 12). 2008- Sal breaks body parts, which leads him to go to Pain Away. Right after Christmas- Hadley is found slumped over in car, we can assume she was OD'ing 1994- Fran Kelsey graduates from Temple with a RN. 2011- Only 10% of Pain Away Patients were on opioid painkillers. July 2012- Pain Away's patient footprint spanned over 100 miles. 2013- Patricia Danica files lawsuit against Pain Away and misses entire driving season. April 2013- After the closing of Pain Away, Fran was out of a job and depressed until Shafer offered her/him a job. Quote from Fran: "by 2016, the profits were outstanding, but the spirit was gone". in June/July of 2015- Fran says that s/he saw Coach giving Shafer a "wad" of 100 dollar bills. January 12th 2012- JJ and his bank get Shafer 3.25 million dollars in working capital. 4th of July 2012- JJ got a drink with Shafer, Shafer confides that s/he is having problems connecting with his/her wife/husband, and s/he is frustrated with Fran. January 2016- JJ and Shaf go to a bar and Shaf breaks down crying about his/her marriage and the fact that s/he is going bankrupt. June 2015- PDMP becomes avaliable to physcians January 1st, 2017- PDMP becomes mandatory to use before any opioid prescriptions. November 27th, 2016- Dr. Hamburg prescribes Xanax (alprazolam) to Coach September 25th 2015- exhibit 13 issued. paper about how benzos and opioids react. Mid-2013- Pain Away exceeds national average opioid prescribing rate (Exhibit 1) Sal didn't have great results even after going to PT, taking advils. Nothing helped at Kalmia University. Dec 2 2016- JJ Teva messages Shafer, insisting that McAdoo should be taken off drugs (Exhibit 4). After taking Rae's treatment, Sal claims Rae fixed most pain he was experiencing. Sal tried 6 sessions of Rae's treatment by now. He is completely pain free. He also taken some opioids as the treatment went on. Nov 21 2012- Patricia Danica bows out of 2013 NASCAR season, blaming Rae Shafer for nerve damage (Exhibit 5) January 13-14 , 2014- Email exchange between JJ Teva and Sal Abbott regarding Coach being referred to Shafer (Exhibit 2).
