From the point he was given an electric guitar - sometimes nick named as the Scabbicaster - he has not learned to play a single chord let alone tune his guitar.One of the strings has also come off.
According to the person who gifted Chance the guitar, he wanted Chance's viewers to suffer from his horrendous guitar playing.
