As Javicia was distracted with the Livog Rebellion and the 2nd Oipientixian Crusade. Velzenia decided to take the opportunity and seize some land. Due to the annexation of Xiri, Velzenia gained an immense amount of wealth with the Xirian harbors and due to the destruction of the Livogian region, the kingdom became a regional powerhouse. Livogora's rebuilding was primarily financed by Velzenia and in return, massive amounts of trade occurred, bolstering Velzenia's economy. This led to the eventual establishment of the Velzen Empire.
