Hunter: "It's a new property?"

Marco: "After a few years at this point, yeah. It's nice, though."

Hunter: "Yeah, I mean... It's a pretty decent size."

Marco: "Yeah."

Hunter: "So, I'm mean, what was that call about? I, I can't imagine that was actually-- I mean, it must've- Do you know anybody who... was pranking you? Do you know anybody who would be doing that? I mean, that's not..."

Marco: [UNINTELLIGABLE]

Hunter: "... that's not nice, man, I mean..."

Marco: "It was his voice, it was his number, I-..."

Hunter: "I mean, it's gotta be..."

Marco: [UNINTELLIGABLE], it makes no sense."

Hunter: "It's gotta be one of your friends, [CHUCKLE] you know? I don't think it's... It- I mean..."

Marco: "Uh... I wouldn't, I just wouldn't-"

Hunter: "I don't believe in ghosts, but [SIGH] that is something- That is weird... Really."

Marco: "I'll tell you what, I'm gonna head inside into the bathroom, [UNINTELLIGABLE]"

Hunter: "Okay, that's fine. I'll be out here"

[DISTANT HAMMERING]

Hunter: [SIGH] "Awh man... It's getting a little cloudy out. It's been awhile since I've been out in this part of town. [SNIFFLE] I'll miss this. Hey what's up?"

Marco: "Hey man, I just saw the news. There's a massive tornado warning, with [UNINTELLIGABLE]..."

Hunter: "Tornado warning?"

Marco: "Yeah, we- Yeah."

Hunter: "Holy crap, it is sunny out! Oh my gosh."

Marco: [STAMMERING]

Hunter: "Are you, are you serious?"

Marco: "That's what I saw, man."

Hunter: "Holy, yeah, we better get inside-"
